Start on time. Everybody's time is precious. Poor Nathan was rushing through his presentation, and by far he was one of the best and most insightful speakers there. 8. Power. We'd love some juice in the main auditorium, please. Internet connectivity picked up during the latter part of the day, but mainly because most laptop batteries were dead by then.
